The Ellis

 The Ellis Block was destroyed in a fire in 2008.  And, renovated through community partnerships and funding available through The Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), the Ellis Block now houses Springfield Cinemas 3 as well as nine (9) one bedroom apartments.

Rents at the Ellis Block range from $606 to $740 per month.  Heat, Hot water and rubbish removal are included.  No pets.  Good references and security deposits are required.
